RESERVATION POLICIES:
Please call 805-227-6585 to check availability and make a reservation. Creekside Inn of Paso Robles requires a two-night minimum stay for Friday, Saturday, holiday and event weekends. Creekside accepts credit cards, checks, or cash.
A bottle of wine is included with stay when booked through our website - 2-night minimum.
Credit card authorization is required to reserve a room: By asking us to reserve a room you give us the authorization to charge your card in case of cancellation, as described below. We will charge your credit card or be happy to accept cash or a personal check. Should you depart earlier than your confirmed dates, you will be responsible for all of the original nights booked for your intended stay. Credit card will be run 2 weeks prior to stay.
Check-in time is 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Please inquire about the possibility of arranging a different check-in time. Check out time is 11:00 am.
"No shows" are responsible for the entire reservation without refund.
Please review and accept our policies at the time of reservation. Rates are subject to change without notice.
All rates are based on parties of 2, extra adult is $50 per person.
INCIDENTALS: A deposit of $50 will be charged and returned to card on file after checkout is complete. Incidental charge is for any damaged caused to rooms, bedding, linens, towels etc... by guest.
SMOKING POLICY:
Creekside is a 100% non-smoking- this includes cigarettes, medical marijuana, vaping and burning of candles or incense, this includes all area's of the property; guest rooms, private patios and all public area's. Should you need to partake we can direct you to appropriate locations. This policy is strictly enforced. Smoking in one of the Creekside rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $200.
FAMILY POLICY:
Creekside is designed for adults desiring a quiet and romantic retreat. However, families are welcome but children must be under adult supervision while visiting.
Visitors: For the security and privacy of our guest's access is limited to registered guests without prior permission.
PET POLICY:
Creekside will accommodate pets if notified at the time the reservation is made. Creekside does charge $25 per pet; this fee will be added to your account upon prior to arrival. Pet owners agree to keep their pet on a leash while the pet is in any public or common area within the Creekside grounds. By law pet owners must agree to not leave the pet unattended at any time while the pet is at Creekside. A pet that becomes aggressive or disruptive to any guest or another person at Creekside must be removed immediately upon request. Pet owners accept full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, losses, cost and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) for personal injury or property damage that may result from the pet. Pet owner agrees to make reimbursement for such damages on demand. Pet owners agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Creekside Inn of Paso Robles, owners, agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, losses, cost and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to any claim for personal injury or property damage caused by the pet.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Due to our intimate size, any cancellation affects us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to the following cancellation policy.
For cancellations made more than thirty days prior to arrival, we will refund your payment, less a 10% administrative fee; or we can hold your payment and apply it in full towards a future booking.
For cancellations less thirty days prior to arrival, we must hold you financially responsible for the entire length of your stay.
For your peace of mind, we do offer worry free bookings. They are available and must be purchased at the time of booking. Certain rules and regulations apply.

AUTO-COLLECT
A 100 percent deposit is collected at the time of purchase. Payment for gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.
CHILDREN & PETS
